1, Product introduction of the High silica glass fibre cloth 340g

This High silica glass fibre cloth 340g is made of silica fiberglass, which is inorganic fiber that contents more than 96% of SiO2, it’s resistant to high temperature, soft point 1700°C, long term service temperature 900°C, and it can work 10 minutes at 1450°C and keeps good state at 1600°C for 15 seconds. It can be coated PU, vermiculite as customer requirement.

It’s brown color without coating; it will not burn and is suitable for use in continuous temperatures to 900 Centigrade. Most customer ask the chemical coating to provide  much better continuous higher temperature capability than standard Silica Fabric and improve the abrasive resistance. Linear shrinkage is less than 12.5% at 900°C. Standard roll length is 50yard (46meter).
